At Lawn Chair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor comfort. If your new seating doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the chair and place all components into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
